Alpine KPX-100B voltage stabilizer
This product detects vehicle battery voltage and will throttle the output voltage to 12V DC when sudden drops in input voltage are detected. Such outages usually happen when the car's engine is damaged or restarted using the (start-stop) function. KPX-100B can store one CD-Tuner or mobile media station or similar product + steering wheel remote control. The KPX-100B is equipped with a DC/DC converter that is controlled by a microprocessor that monitors the input voltage. In standby mode, the current bypasses the DC/DC converter. When activated due to a sudden voltage drop, the DC / DC converter turns on and stabilizes the output voltage to 12 V DC.
