Profidamp Lock 4 is a high-performance noise-absorbing material made of secondary foam elastic polyurethane foam with modified polymer impregnation to improve acoustic and water-repellent properties. It is widely used in the automotive industry as a structural and damping material, it is elastic and resistant to moisture and temperature. Profidamp Lock has a high degree of sound absorption in a wide frequency range of up to 40%. The structure of the foam is characterized by the presence of open pores and relatively large cavities, so there are almost no sound reflections and sound waves are absorbed by the cellular structure of the material. It includes a durable self-adhesive layer that remains stable even at high temperatures. You can use Lock as a second layer of anti-vibration material, especially on the floor, luggage compartment, wheel arches, doors or roof. Available in dimensions of 1000 x 650 mm and thicknesses of 8 and 4 mm.
