A set of high-quality damping materials for sound reduction of the front wheel arches in the Expert variant. The number of pieces of individual materials corresponds to a standard car, such as the Škoda Octavia. For a more accurate calculation according to the type of car, go to our soundproofing configurator . This set of sound deadening of the front wheel arches in the Expert variant contains the following damping materials:- 3x Comfortmat Dark D4 anti-vibration material to prevent vibrations and low-frequency noise of the metal part of the wheel arches.
- 3x Comfortmat Blockshot soundproofing material for sound reduction of the plastic undercarriage.
How to apply a set of dampening materials for sound deadening of the Expert front wheel arches
- First, remove the plastic undercarriage.
- Then thoroughly clean and degrease the plastic undercarriage and the metal part of the undercarriage (body).
- Apply the anti-vibration material Comfortmat Dark D4 to the metal part of the wheel arches.
- For easy application, we recommend using the Comfortmat Roller .
- Then apply Comfortmat Blockshot to the plastic wheel arches.
- Refit the plastic wheel arch.
