Carbon Collective React Fallout Remover Wheel Cleaner is a gentle wheel cleaner and flyaway rust remover in one. The innovative composition of React is even more effective, which allows for a longer effect of the preparation on the surface. Carbon Collective React is one of the few fly rust removers that has a nice scent and doesn't stink. React is an acid-free cleaner, strong yet pH neutral, safe to use on almost all exterior surfaces and finishes. It contains a special substance that reacts upon contact with iron particles and dissolves them. The package also includes a chemically resistant sprayer.
