Comfortmat Ultrasoft 10 sound-absorbing material
Comfortmat Ultrasoft is a premium viscoelastic noise-absorbing material from the Premium series. Ultrasoft is made on the basis of very dense polyurethane foam and, thanks to its high flexibility, it is ideal for complex relief surfaces, such as mainly plastic door panels and other plastics of the vehicle interior. Its production is in accordance with DeepIn technology, which allows impregnation with special polymers to protect the foam from UV rays and moisture and also improves the sound absorption properties of the material. In addition to excellent noise absorption capabilities, Ultrasoft also has a significant memory effect. The material contains a highly effective self-adhesive layer adapted for operation in difficult car conditions, which can withstand extreme temperature changes and high humidity. Like all Comfortmat materials, it retains the same properties in winter and summer. The film includes a 5 x 5 cm grid for easy cutting of the material, which also serves as protection against counterfeiting. Comfortmat Ultrasoft is available in two sizes: 700 x 500 and 1000 x 700 mm and thicknesses of 5 and 10 mm.
