DAF steering wheel adapter
Adapter for activating the control buttons on the steering wheel when buying an aftermarket car radio with an ISO connector (included in the adapter) for vehicles:
- DAF XF (2017 -> 2021)
- DAF CF (2017 -> 2021)
Important additional information
- For cars with CAN-Bus control on the steering wheel and FAKRA connector.
- Cannot be used for cars with a monitor on the top of the dashboard.
- Designed for aftermarket Sony, Kenwood, Panasonic, JVC, Pioneer, Blaupunkt, Clarion, Alpine, LG, Zenec, Becker car radios.
- The adapter includes wires with analog signals (+12 V after turning on the key, after turning on the vehicle lights, after engaging reverse and speed pulses).
- This information can be used to fit aftermarket car radios, navigation or monitoring systems.
- To fully activate the adapter, it is necessary to order a connecting cable for the given brand of car radio! (See below).
