Fine sanding paste Koch Chemie Fine Cut F6.01 1000 ml
Fine sanding paste without silicone oil. Intelligent polishing paste for machine polishing of the latest generation in unique quality with aluminum oxide. The intelligent grain ensures a very quick and residue-free removal of scratches created in washing lines and gives the paint a lasting and deep shine. Polishing marks with 2500 grit will be easily removed with the polishing paste. The Fine Cut F6.01 product is therefore best suited for perfect polishing of medium to heavily weathered varnishes. Great for polishing scratch-resistant lacquers.How to use Koch Chemie Fine Cut F6.01 paste
- Scope of application: paints for passenger cars, commercial vehicles, motorcycles, etc.
- Apply the sanding paste to the polishing disc (Fine Cut - yellow label or lambskin disc) and polish the pre-cleaned surface in a cross motion at a maximum speed of 2000 rpm.
- You can influence the polishing effect by pressure, polishing wheel and number of revolutions.
- At the beginning of the polishing process, we recommend using higher pressure at lower speeds.
- In the next step, reduce the pressure and polish the surface to a high shine using increased speeds.
- You can easily remove the last remains of the polish with a microfibre cloth.
- Remove any smudges or traces of polish using the Micro Cut M3.02 high-gloss anti-hologram polish.
- Before use, shake and test in an inconspicuous area for suitability and tolerability.
- Do not use on hot surfaces.
- Protect from frost and excessive heat.
- Sanding grade 6.
- Gloss level 7.
