Ford steering wheel adapter
Adapter for activating the control buttons on the steering wheel when buying an aftermarket car radio with an ISO connector (included in the adapter) suitable for car models:
- Ford Ka MK2 (RU8) (2009 -> 2017)
Important additional information
- For cars with CAN-Bus control on the steering wheel and a mini ISO connector.
- The adapter supports the buttons on the steering wheel to control the hands-free kit (if available).
- Designed for aftermarket Sony, Kenwood, Panasonic, JVC, Pioneer, Blaupunkt, Clarion, Alpine, LG, Zenec, Becker car radios.
- To fully activate the adapter, it is necessary to order a connecting cable for the given brand of car radio! (see below).
The adapter includes wires with analog signals
- +12 V after turning on the key (vol. 15) - fitted in the ISO connector.
- +12 V after switching on the vehicle lighting - fitted in the ISO connector.
- +12 V after engaging reverse gear - free wire.
- Speed pulses - free wire.
