The Power 19" contains technologies that you won't find in any other audio device, such as a suspension made of special injected foam, which is characterized by a very long life and its properties are close to rubber. The voice coil windings are very close to each other, so there are no air gaps, which brings a higher performance capacity.To efficiently mount the subwoofer motor, Rockford Fosgate also designed a so-called "Push-Pull" voice coil with a large neodymium magnet.

Example:
A 2 Ohm subwoofer cannot be connected to an amplifier that is only stable up to 4 Ohms. A 4 Ohm subwoofer can easily be used on an amplifier that is stable up to 2 Ohms. Connecting a 4 Ohm subwoofer to an amplifier that is stable up to 4 Ohms also without problems. The most common subwoofer impedance is 4 Ohm.

However, this is not always the case, as other important parameters of the subwoofer also enter the resulting sound.
