Abrasive paste Koch Chemie Schleifpaste H7.01 1000 ml
The Schleifpaste preparation is a highly abrasive polish for the rapid processing of heavily weathered paintwork, the removal of sprayed paintwork and sharp parts up to grain size 2000.How to use Koch Chemie Schleifpaste H7.01 paste
- Apply the Schleifpaste to the abrasive medium (hard white polishing wheel or medium hard yellow wheel) and work in cross movements on the pre-cleaned surface at a maximum speed of 2,000 rpm.
- You can vary the polishing effect by pressure, abrasive media and the number of revolutions.
- At the beginning of the grinding process, we recommend using higher pressure at lower speeds.
- In the next step, reduce the pressure and polish the surface using increased revolutions.
- You can easily remove the last remains of the polish with a microfiber cloth.
- Remove the formed film or traces of polish using the Hochglanz-Antihologramm antiholographic polish.
- Grinding grade: 7.5.
- Gloss level: 3.
