SGM Alpha 3 anti-vibration material
Anti-vibration material from the second highest model series from SGM, which consists of self-adhesive polymer butyl rubber of the new generation and aluminum foil with a thickness of 100 microns. The film with a square embossment and black lacquer is equipped with a modern print, on the assembly side the material is protected by a siliconized film. The anti-vibration material from the Alpha series stands out especially for its top properties, very high acoustic loss factor (MLF), high adhesion to metal surfaces and above-standard stability. An acoustic loss factor of 0.40 units together with a thickness of 3 mm enables a high ability to prevent vibrations. The biggest difference compared to the Beta series is significantly higher efficiency thanks to the special composition of the material, as well as better adhesion to metal and stronger aluminum foil.
