SGM Violon Wave is a top-quality material with high noise absorption capacity made on the basis of very dense open-cell foam. Due to its high flexibility, it is ideal for complex relief surfaces such as plastic door panels and other plastics of the vehicle interior. In addition to excellent noise absorption capabilities, Violon Wave also has a significant memory and shape effect and is therefore also suitable for application in confined spaces. The wavy surface of this shaped foam is able to absorb more noise than ordinary foam material with a classic surface. The extremely adhesive self-adhesive layer guarantees effectiveness at -40 °C to +120 °C. Available in 15 and 25 mm thickness. Thanks to the special composition of the adhesive, the material does not immediately adhere to the surface, which allows its correct placement on the glued surface and only then the final installation. This is one of the main competitive advantages that increases the ease of installation.
