BMW steering wheel adapter
Adapter for activating the control buttons on the steering wheel when buying an aftermarket car radio with an ISO connector (included in the adapter) for vehicles:
- BMW 1 [E81, E82, E87, E88] (2004 -> 2013)
- BMW 3 [E90] (March 2005 -> February 2012)
- BMW 3 [E91] (September 2005 ->)
- BMW 3 [E92] (September 2006 ->)
- BMW 3 [E93] (March 2007 ->)
- BMW 5 [E60, E61] (2004 -> 2010)
- BMW X6 [E71] (May 2008 -> 2014)
Important additional information
- For cars with an original car radio and with an active system connected via an optical cable.
- Supports buttons on the steering wheel to control the hands-free kit.
- For aftermarket car radios Sony, Kenwood, Panasonic, JVC, Pioneer, Blaupunkt, Clarion, Alpine, LG, Zenec, Becker, Nakamichi, Philips with ISO connector.
- To fully activate the adapter, it is necessary to order a connecting cable for the given brand of car radio! (see below)
