Volkswagen T6 - soundproofing and hi-end sound system
Complete soundproofing and sound system for the VW T6 car for the most demanding clients. This installation, with a total duration of 64 hours, represents an absolute musical experience in the car. Morel Piccolo tweeters, which are rightly referred to as the best quality on the market, luxury mid-bass from the second highest model series Morel Elate, 4-channel analog amplifier Audison from the second highest series Voce, DSP processor from the same manufacturer, top-quality Kenwood stereo and, of course, the corresponding Connection cabling. A combination that aroused great expectations, which the reality significantly exceeded. Already after the first listening to the equipment after the final tuning on the DSP processor, goosebumps and great enthusiasm immediately appear. How the Morel Piccolo tweeters can play is simply indescribable. Absolutely faithful and powerful sound with details that you can't even hear with ordinary speakers. You perceive the strings of guitars and vocals with such fidelity that if you close your eyes, you wouldn't recognize that you are not right at the concert in front of the performer. As soon as the precise and fast mid-bass kicks with endless power are added, we realize again that only Morel can provide such a musical experience. In the photos, you can also see another Audison amplifier, to which we connected a subwoofer from the same manufacturer to complete the bass component. In order to be able to enjoy such high-quality music while driving, it was of course necessary to soundproof the car as much as possible. We chose complete sound insulation from the Russian manufacturer SGM in a configuration with the most effective materials from the top model line Prime. Specifically, we focused on the front, sliding and fifth doors, floor, roof, sides, front and rear wheel arches, torpedo and bonnet. Of course, we also soundproof most of the plastic parts in the interior. All the chosen materials are also thermally insulating, and this car is now also protected against heat loss. 4 of our technicians are working on the car at the same time, so we managed to finish the vehicle in 2 working days.View products >Hide products >

Our basic Standard soundproofing includes soundproofing of all important areas of the car, focusing not only on high efficiency, but also at an affordable price. In particular, we are dedicated to soundproofing the hood, front and rear doors, trunk, floor and front and rear wheel arches from the inside. We use Comfortmat anti-vibration and sound-insulating materials, especially from the Standard model series, thanks to which we are able to reduce the price to a lower level. However, we apply the same materials as in the Premium soundproofing package to the areas most affected by noise. Thanks to this, our basic package already enables highly effective noise reduction, which at the given price has no equivalent on our market.

The Standard Light sound deadening package is intended for all customers who require a very effective sound deadening of the car, but taking into account the low weight of the materials. We soundproof the same areas as the Standard package, i.e. the hood, front and rear doors, floor, trunk and front and rear wheel arches. However, we use different materials that excel in light weight while maintaining high efficiency. In the first and second layers of noise reduction, we apply lightweight anti-vibration and sound-insulating materials, which allow for 30 percent lower weight and at the same time only slightly lower efficiency than with the Standard package. Compared to our most efficient Expert and Expert Plus packages, this is a weight reduction of up to 50 percent.

Our most popular Premium sound deadening package includes almost complete vehicle sound deadening in addition to the roof. And as the name of the package suggests, we work exclusively with top-quality Comfortmat materials from the Premium model range, and in the areas most affected by noise and vibration, we use materials from the top Expert range. Specifically, as part of this package, we soundproof the hood, front and rear doors, floor, luggage compartment, front and rear wheel arches from the inside and the fifth door. Compared to the Standard package, we therefore not only choose significantly more effective anti-vibration and sound-insulating materials, but also soundproof the fifth door. The result is a rapid reduction in noise and an acceptable weight of the materials.

Specifically, as part of this package, we focus on the hood, roof, torpedo, front, rear and fifth doors, floor, luggage compartment and on the front and rear wheel arches from the inside of the car. We choose the same anti-vibration and soundproofing materials as with the Premium sound deadening package, but we also pay attention to the roof and the torpedo. This will enable comprehensive soundproofing without the risk of increased noise in places where additional sound insulation has not been carried out. With the Expert soundproofing package, you get not only rapid noise reduction, but also thermal insulation, and is therefore the most recommended solution if the car is not equipped with a sunroof or a panoramic roof.
