BMW 3 GT (F34) - Audison sound system with DSP processor
Top sound system from the Italian Audison this time for the BMW 3 GT (GF34). This system is exceptional not only for its high-quality sound and high performance, but also for its assembly without the slightest intervention in the original electrical installation. This is thanks to a sophisticated wiring system that ensures complete integration to the factory head unit without having to cut, solder or run new wiring. Audison speakers and subwoofers have the same size, shape, mounting and connectors as the factory speakers, and the whole solution is in the spirit of Plug & Play. It cannot happen that you lose the warranty of a new car, you can dismantle the sound system at any time and return everything to its original state, and of course the installation will also be significantly shortened. In this particular vehicle there was an "extra" Hi-Fi Sound System (S676A) which includes component speakers in the front doors, a center speaker in the dashboard, rear component speakers in the ceiling and 200mm subwoofers under the seats. Everything is wired to the factory amplifier in the trunk. However, the sound quality does not match the price of the car and the sound is rather below average. The new source for the speakers is an eight-channel digital amplifier with an Audison DSP processor, which supplies power for all speakers and subwoofers. However, its main advantage is installation. Thanks to a specific cable, we connect the amplifier to the original wiring that led to the original factory amplifier. So we will use the original power supply, frame and speaker cables without any modification. The last stage of the installation is tuning the speakers on the DSP processor. In an intuitive program, we set up the arrangement of speakers, bridging of subwoofers for higher performance, filters, time corrections according to the placement of speakers or a detailed equalizer. The result is a high-quality sound tuned directly for the car in question, which in terms of quality and performance significantly exceeds even premium sound systems from Harmann Kardon or Bang & Olufsen.View products >Hide products >
