Polishing disc CarPro Denim Polish Pad - 80 mm
A unique polishing wheel with a textile surface, which, in conjunction with the right polishing paste, removes the so-called orange from the paint. The results are comparable to wet sanding with 2000 grit paper and subsequent polishing. Compared to the traditional procedure - machine or manual polishing under water, subsequent rough polishing and final polishing - paint correction with the CarPro Denim disc brings a very significant saving of time and an evenly polished surface. Denim is safer and gentler on paint and a less demanding process. There is no significant tarnishing of the paint. The resulting shine corresponds to the used polishing paste. There is therefore no need for subsequent polishing in several stages, which saves time and, above all, requires less removal of the varnish layer. There is no need for additional equipment for sanding paint, such as a sander or a source of compressed air. How to use the CarPro Denim Polish Pad
- Use the polishing wheel in the same way as a normal polishing correction wheel.
- For maximum efficiency, we recommend working on an area of approx. 30 x 30 cm at a time.
- For rotary polishers, start processing the paste at low speed (< 1000 rpm), then increase the speed to approx. 1100 rpm. For eccentric polishers, set the revolutions to the equivalent.
- Clean the disc continuously in the direction of the fibers with a brush or microfiber cloth.
- If the wheel is heavily clogged, replace it with a new one.
- After work, wash the disc by hand and let it dry freely.
