Carbon Collective React is a wheel cleaner and fly rust remover in one. The new composition of React is even more effective, which allows the preparation to work longer on the surface. Carbon Collective React is one of the few fly rust removers that has a nice scent and doesn't stink. React is an oxygen-free cleaner, strong yet pH neutral, safe for use on almost all exterior surfaces and finishes. It contains a special substance that reacts upon contact with iron particles and dissolves them. The package also includes a chemically resistant sprayer.
