Meguiar's Perfect Clarity Glass Sealant liquid wipers (118 ml)
Meguiar's Perfect Clarity Glass Sealant is a product that protects car windows and other glass surfaces and gives them fantastic hydrophobic properties - the so-called "liquid wiper" effect. Enjoy clear windows from which water droplets run off on their own without having to turn on the wipers. The effect of the so-called "liquid wipers" is very popular among various drivers, from ordinary car users to real enthusiasts. The extreme hydrophobicity (water repellency) of the surface ensures that the drops of water flow by themselves due to the force of air from the surface of the glass, and in many cases there is no need to turn on the wipers at all, and yet the view from the car is still of sufficient quality.
G8504 Meguiar's Perfect Clarity Glass Sealant was created for this purpose, but at the same time effectively protects the glass and facilitates its routine maintenance. Together with G8408 Meguiar's Perfect Clarity Glass Polishing Compound is a fantastic solution for trouble-free maintenance of windows and other glass surfaces. In addition, improving the drainage of water from the window during rain improves the view from the car and thus increases safety when driving it.
Application procedure
- Work in the shade, on a surface that is cool to the touch.
- First wash the glass thoroughly, remove all loose dirt and grease and dry it.
- For best results and durability of protection, polish the glass after washing and drying with G8408 Meguiar's Perfect Clarity Glass Polishing Compound.
- After polishing, clean the glass of all polish residue with G8224 Meguiar's Perfect Clarity Glass Cleaner .
- Shake the product well.
- Apply a small amount of G8504 Meguiar's Perfect Clarity Glass Sealant to the included applicator and apply to the glass.
- Cover the entire surface of the glass in sections with horizontal, slightly overlapping strokes.
- Work completely without pressure.
- Do not apply the product to surrounding rubber and plastic parts. In case of contact with them, wipe off the product immediately with a microfiber or cotton cloth.
- Let the product dry for at least 10 minutes (depending on the ambient conditions - temperature, air humidity).
- Then apply the second layer in vertical, slightly overlapping strokes to achieve 100% coverage of the glass surface.

- Fill a bucket with warm water and dip a clean microfiber cloth in it.
- Roughly wipe the sealant from the surface of the window with a wet cloth (you can wring it out slightly before use).
- With a second dry and clean microfiber cloth, wipe off the remains of the sealant and polish the glass clean.
Professional tips
- For subsequent maintenance in normal operation, use G8224 Meguiar's Perfect Clarity Glass Cleaner .
- For best results, avoid contact of the glass with water for the first 24 hours after application.
- A longer drying time of the product before applying the next layer or wiping off can improve the hydrophobic and protective properties.
