Polishing disc CarPro Cool Pad Wool - 150 mm
The CoolPad polishing wheel is one of the other global innovations from the workshops of the CarPro brand. The patented design uses two fundamental innovations in the construction of polishing wheels and brings many advantages. It is a work surface combining microfiber and natural wool, where the dark stripes are made of fibers from natural merino wool, which stands out among other materials with the highest polishing effect. The light stripes form a microfibre which, with a high polishing effect, is able to achieve a final shine without holograms. The materials used give the CarPro CoolPad disc very high correction capabilities. The supporting 3D grid, where the foam core has been replaced by a highly stable and flexible open 3D structure in the construction of the wheel, which thermally isolates the functional layer of the wheel from the driver, eliminates heat transfer from the stressed transmission mechanism of the polisher and at the same time enables active cooling of the wheel. By eliminating the foam core, the absorption capacity of the disc was further reduced, which, in addition to reducing the consumption of polishing paste, also removes the impact on operator comfort and the dynamic stress of the disc due to runaway.
