Abrasive paste Koch Chemie Heavy Cut H9.02 250 ml
Heavy Cut H9.02 is an innovative, coarse, very abrasive, sanding paste that is designed for fast machine polishing of heavily weathered paintwork. It is used for the removal of deep scratches and for the rapid elimination of paint mist and burrs up to a sandpaper grit of 1200. Due to the extremely homogeneous sanding grain, Heavy Cut 9.02 creates an exceptionally high finish with a very good degree of gloss. The thick paste has minimal stickiness and creates little dust in the case of long-term polishing. It is suitable for all types of varnish, from soft to scratch-resistant ones.How to use Koch Chemie Heavy Cut H9.02 sanding paste
Wash and dry the surface to be polished. Before using the polishing paste, shake well and test its suitability and tolerability. Polish in a criss-cross motion using a rotary polisher and a lambskin polishing wheel (grit 1,200-2,500) or a Heavy Cut polishing wheel (grit 2,000-5,000). Work with coarse sanding paste at medium speed and medium pressure.
