Hand Wax W0.01 is a premium wax for waxing hydrophobic painted surfaces. Leaves a high gloss on painted parts. Hand Wax W0.01 contains premium carnauba wax, which protects and preserves treated surfaces for a long time. The preservative components create a smooth and shiny surface with very good hydrophobicity (water-repellent surface). It brightens the colors and the paint surface is highly glossy. Hand Wax W0.01 is applied in a thin layer, so a small amount of product is needed. With Hand Wax 0.01 you can treat approx. 25 vehicles. Scope of application: painted surfaces and external plastic parts on cars, commercial vehicles, motorcycles, etc.

• Before polishing, the vehicle must be thoroughly washed with an alkaline product (e.g. Green Star universal ). Do not use any shampoos with wax. If the surface of the vehicle is contaminated with flying rust, resin from trees or asphalt, use Clay Koch Chemie Clay Reinigungsknete blau to clean it.
• If you want to conserve strongly to moderately weathered varnishes, depending on the condition of the varnish, polish the varnish using Heavy Cut ( H9.01 ) or Fine Cut ( F6.01 ) polish. Remove the remains of the polishing polish with a microfiber cloth.
• For slightly weathered colors and to remove holograms, use Micro Cut M3.02 and a forced rotation polisher (e.g. Makita PO5000C). Remove the remains of the polish with a microfiber cloth.
• Before applying Hand Wax W0.01, the treated surface must be clean. Therefore, use Silicon-Wachsentferner .   Afterwards, wipe the surfaces dry with another dry microfiber cloth. This will rid the surface of all surfactants, waxes, oils and dirt. Attention! For sensitive unilacquers or single-layer lacquers, it is necessary to dilute Silicon Wachsentferner (silicone and wax remover) 1:4 with water to prevent possible matting.
• The paintwork should now be free of scratches and holograms when inspected in sunlight or daylight. After this step, hands/fingers must no longer touch the varnish. Use gloves to avoid skin contact with the varnish. The surface is now ready for manual waxing.
• You can then apply the wax. If you want to apply the wax - lightly press the supplied sponge into the can and spread the wax evenly on the treated area. Allow the wax to dry and buff with a microfiber cloth. It is always better to divide large areas into several parts and then move on.
• In order to keep the high-gloss surface of your vehicle for a long time and not remove it too quickly when washing the vehicle, wash the vehicle carefully by hand. Use a lot of water and NanoMagic Shampoo for this, soft washing tools and use only soft and dry microfiber cloths to gently dry the surface. Hard and aggressive detergents remove waxes faster and scratch the surface. If you wash the vehicle in car washes, only use car washes with textile brushes.
• Check fit and tolerance in an inconspicuous area before use. Do not use on hot surfaces. Protect from frost and excessive heat!
