Extreme consists of two types of newly developed sealants, each of which fulfills a different function. The majority of the material consists of an upper layer of innovative bitumen, which has 20% higher stiffness than the previous version and will allow to filter out vibrations with the highest efficiency even in the most heavily loaded areas. The second layer, made of a special lightweight sealant, stands out in addition to its low weight for its extreme adhesion, which has been increased by 15%. In addition, both layers are separated by aluminum foil for even higher rigidity and efficiency of the materials. The top side of the material is also provided with the same foil. The result is the most effective anti-vibration material on the market with a thickness of 3.5 mm with an acoustic loss factor exceeding 0.63 units, which easily copes with vibrations and low-frequency noise. The material is also suitable for powerful SPL audio installations. Of course, Extreme is resistant to water, moisture, oils and extreme temperatures, has anti-corrosion properties and retains the same properties in winter and summer. Please note that the material is mainly intended for installation centers and it is necessary to heat it to 50 degrees before application.

Unique Comfortmat Extreme material technology

Comfortmat Extreme is produced using the unique patented BitFoil II technology, which enables double lamination of bitumen and its connection with aluminum foil at an almost molecular level. It also has a double layer of special foil, the production process of which uses HotAL II double heat treatment technology. This guarantees increased rigidity of the film while maintaining excellent flexibility during work. The new inFliz technology for the simple application of the butyl mixture on aluminum foil allows for a complete absence of air between the layers, and thanks to a more even distribution over the entire surface, it significantly improves the properties of the materials. The new design with a grid on the foil helps in cutting the material, facilitates installation and also protects Comfortmat products from counterfeits.
